Research and Clinical Interests

(1) Flow cytometric measurement of DNA content abnormalities in pre-invasive and invasive lesions in Barrett's esophagus, inflammatory bowel disease, stomach, small intestine, pancreaticobiliary tract, and liver; (2) liver transplant pathology; and (3) prognostic significance of the CXC chemokine receptor 4 (CXCR4) overexpression in gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary tumor progression and metastasis.
