Dr. Bradley Stohr Wins the 2018 Excellence in Teaching Award for Faculty Educators

It’s my pleasure to share the news that Brad Stohr won a 2018 Excellence in Teaching Award for Faculty Educators from the School of Medicine and Academy of Educators. This award recognizes faculty who shine in teaching students, residents, and fellows across our clinical sites. You can see the full announcement here: https://meded.ucsf.edu/faculty-educators/recognition-and-awards/academy-awards-and-recognition/excellence-teaching-awards/2018-excellence-teaching-award-recipients.

Brad is integral to our Bridges small groups and clinical teaching and always takes on these commitments with good cheer amidst his numerous other responsibilities. One of his students wrote, “Dr. Stohr has been hands down the best teacher I have had during my entire medical school experience. He is excited about his field and keeps the entire class engaged during the sessions. I walk away every time feeling that I have learned a lot more. I wish he could teach every medical student.”

Please congratulate Brad for this well-deserved recognition!
