Retirement of Pathology's Vice Chair, Dr. Linda Ferrell

The Department hosted a symposium on liver pathology to honor the retirement of Dr. Linda Ferrell which was organized by Drs. Kakar, Kim and Gill. Guest speakers included Dr. Neil Theise from Mt Sinai, New York City, Dr. James Crawford from Long Island Jewish Hospitals, Dr. Wendy Frankel from Ohio State, and Dr. Alastair Burt from Adelaide, Australia. Numerous alumni of the department as well as other distinguished liver pathologists from around the world also attended.
