Research and Clinical Interests

I am interested in the application of informatics to laboratory medicine. The clinical laboratory collects a wealth of samples and data every day, and I believe informatics can be assist with interpreting this data and automating lab processes. Some of my past work has involved projects related to molecular pathology, transfusion, and Epic Beaker.
