Principle The predominant flora and approximate proportions (many, moderate, few) of microorganisms present is determined on smears of ground tissue. All specimens are cultured for anaerobes as well as aerobic microorganisms.
Container type Tissue: Pack in sterile tube; Biopsy: sterile screw-cap plastic container.
